I hadn't read the article until today, but had seen the headline when it first came out, which made me roll my eyes to the heavens yet again. Does he drink? Was he drunk during that interview? He's a drunk, right?? He's entitled to his opinions, but don't belittle a pregnant woman's illness or condition. Has he never heard the saying to not judge someone until you walk a mile in their shoes? I don't have a penis but I'm certainly not going to scoff at a man's discomfort at a prostate exam.
He really makes me mad. He's still not touring here in Canada because of the seal hunt. He boycotted us years ago. We don't have seals in this part of the country, but I doubt he did much research before spouting off. Gosh, what a surprise. If he feels so strongly about animal rights, why doesn't he just tour the vegan-only countries? And insist on only vegan fans coming to his concert? Why should he pander to us carnivores?
Damn his songwriting & singing skills.

I know, right? Granted, simply finding out that he was a member of PETA made me lose a great deal of respect for him, but he's ALWAYS been this way. He's always believed that the world owes him because, in his mind, he's a "SUPER-SPECIAL ENLIGHTENED GENIUS". He hates the royal family for no better reason than that they're, well, the royal family, and badmouths them every chance he gets, AND THEN HE MOANS ABOUT NOT GETTING A KNIGHTHOOD!! No, twat, it doesn't work that way. You don't insult the royal family and then expect them to knight you. Neither do you expect your fans to respect you as a person when you constantly take their appreciation for your art and wipe your ass with it, like you did with Canada. You're absolutely right it sucks because he's an excellent artist. I just wish I could respect him as a person as well.

Perhaps you should take the time to watch the interview and see what is being said by the man himself before spouting tabloid drivel.
He is perfectly within his rights to dislike the Royal Family, it's an outdated tradition and it has no place in modern society.. Why are we paying to fund the extravagant lives of some random family, whose voices we barely ever even hear speak? they stand up on the balconies of their palaces waving down upon the peasants as if they're somehow better than us just because they were born into a particular family. It's quite ridiculous.
How can I go forward when I don't know which way I'm facing? -

That's beside the point, though. That doesn't change the fact that he's a serious entitlement princess who only entertains the people he deems worthy. And no, I didn't consult a single tabloid for him to demonstrate that to me.

Yeah, I agree with you about the royal familyI mean, they're just basically symbolic figureheads todaythey don't actually make rules or run the country of anythingthe Prime Minister and their Parliament do. They're definitely an outdated tradition,for sure. -

Traditions are nearly always regarded as outdated by the majority. It's the transmission of customs or beliefs from generation to generation. But just because some of the most vocal parts of one generation want to rebel against older people who're they're envious of due to their wealth or perceived gilded life, doesn't mean that the tradition should stop.

Musician??? He's not a musician. As far as I know he's only a singer and writes the lyrics of his songs. He doesn't know how to play any musical instrument, and he's been in the business for 30 long years.
His "witty"(?) comments just show the kind of person he is. (i.e. Norway massacre) Only a moron like him can value animal life more than that of humans. Maybe he identifies himself with cows and other (irrational) animals, rather than with his fellow human beings.
I would like to ask this fool if he's also against medical experimentation on rats, OR if he would rather prefer those chemicals/drugs to be tested on humans. -

This is going to sound terrible, but if he ever gets cancer or some such, I'd be

interested to see his reaction. Don't get me wrong, cancer or other terminal illnesses are not something any decent person wishes on anyone. But I'd really like to see how committed Moz is to letting himself die because all the major drugs used to treat those illnesses could not have come into existence without the deaths of thousands of animals.
Then again, it would probably serve him right.
