She actually wanted to be his mistress, and was happy to do so. She didn't want him to leave his wife or confess. She wanted to be the other woman. She is beyond vile.

Basically Camilla and Charles were having an affair. Charles saw nothing wrong with having a 'mistress' (a role Camilla was more than happy and willing to play). Diana was, rightfully, hurt and furious as she loved the man. Diana publicly blamed Camilla for the break-down of her marriage. If it wasn't for Camilla then Diana and Charles marriage might have actually survived and she wouldn't have been in Paris with Dodi and would probably still be alive today. Charles and Camilla really must be guilt-ridden.
