She should not be able to sue him. He discarded of his sperm the way he saw fit to prevent an unwanted pregnancy. She decided to fish it out and trap him in a pregnancy and MANY payments. Had she succeeded she would have claimed the condom slipped and she got pregnant. Not cool.

And I gotta say that she is a selfish sleaze for doing this.
Can you imagine the poor kid that would have to live with the embarrassing, bizarre and odd ball way h/she was conceived and to know that it was pretty much unwanted except for being it's greedy and selfish mamma's meal ticket?
