It's gonna take more than some protein shakes to liven up his acting. Watching him on screen makes my head hurt. It's like, he's doing everything right, he's speaking clearly, and yet his acting is about as bad as it could possibly be given both of those qualities.

LOL John Krasinski, is not a bad actor, actually I think he's growing even more as a good actor. I have to be honest when I saw him with the beard I was like what? LOL yeah I am still not used to seeing him with a beard aside from that he is not a bad actor at all.

Protein Shakes. Yeah, and some bars too and voila, perfect body.
I'm not sure if it was the "Newsweek" or "Variety" carrying the story that there are very, very few actors that can shake off the typecast monkey on your back, and John had done it with flying colors.
I haven't read one bad review on John's performance in this movie. On my windows phone, I put the topic "Reviews of J.K. for the movie 13 Hours etc." and found not one negative review.
Are there negative reviews out there. I guarantee it but I just haven't seen any.
But this is the "Bash John" board (sorry, I came here by accident) so I really shouldn't be making these comments.
I take my information from magazines that are held in high regard, not comic books so again, I'm sorry I intruded on this board.
