Am I the only one that has noticed, and may have already mentioned this, that Kraz has bulked up like "Big Time?"
I think he is definitely looking for a Super Hero role.

Yeah he was close to getting the role, but I don't think he would have been good,I think Chris Evans was the right choice he is amazing as Steve Rogers. I do however think John would make a good Hank Pym/Ant-Man
I'm gonna show you something beautiful everyone screaming for mercy

Hollywood does not see him as a leading men actor. Which is why he always get supporting roles parts.

His facial features are too soft. Not your typical comic book superhero look and not fitting for captain america.

Actually, yes. Apart from the slight double-chin, which is more to do with the camera angel of that particular picture, Chris Evans does have much sleeker, classical facial features than John Krasinski. Krasinski reminds me a little of Brendan Fraser. They're both very tall and reasonably good-looking but they both have a certain goofiness about them that would make them more ideally suited to comic-book movie parodies than more serious attempts at the genre.
Maybe Krasinski should ask about Hollywood to see if there are any George of the Jungle/Dudley Do-Right type projects laying about because he could easily do a great job as a
                parody
of a square-jawed action hero, but he wouldn't look right as say Captain America or Superman.

                  dudley do right! [bump]
Chris Evans aces it as Captain America. He's doing a great job.
