                    It was a cover version of the song "Pass the Kouchie" by The Mighty Diamonds, written by Leroy Sibbles and Jackie Mittoo. The song was changed from "Kouchie," a slang term for marijuana, to "Dutchie" due to the age of the artists and their target audience. A "Dutchie" was slang for the cooking pot used by poor Jamaicans to prepare stews and rice. More recently the term "dutchie" refers to marijuana rolled in a cigar paper (specifically "Dutch Master" cigars, hence the name "dutchie".)

                      Actually, this is not a stupid question. I can totally see how this would confused someone from outside the USA. Aside from the "Dutchmaster" blunts out there, I don't really see the connection either.
