No, he doesn't, he looks like a young Prince Phillip, his grandfather.
Next, Diana DID cheat on Charles, as he had been cheating on Diana, the entire marriage.
Pass the sick bag, seriously. Diana was no saint.

Ok mOncheriie I agree with you on William! But yet I feel that he as always looked like Charles. Harry looks more like Dinna to me. And now stephe1987 let me say this Harry is my favorite of Dianna's boys but that rumor about James Hewiit is going to go on and on til one thing is done! A DNA test! To which if I have heard right the Queen as said NO to. Why a NO?

ANS: The vulgar rumor will go on after that because it sells newspapers, magazines and books. It's all about the money.
Harry somewhat resembles James Hewitt. So what? He also resembles Diana's brother Charles. There are many examples of unrelated people resembling each other. Here are some examples:

William looks like both of his parents, Harry looks like Dianas brother but nothing like Charles. I don't believe that whole story above where someone says Harrys hair was stolen and tested. If that were true it would have been televised all over the world. I also don't believe that Diana was a whore, I do believe she was lonely and had affairs. I will never state it as a fact cause theres no proof but Harry does not look anything like the Windsors. If he is truely Charles son I apologize profusely.

Diana wasn't that good looking during the last part of her life, starting in the late 80s her looks faded. So William losing his looks still is attributed to both his parents. Harry sometimes reminds me of Charles, Earl Spencer, Prince Edward (the eyes?) and Philip. I don't see any of Diana in him but I see her relatives.

He has Diana's crooked nose and blue eyes. I think William stopped being the handsome brother around 2000 or 2001. The British royals seem to peak early:
Charles
Diana
Edward
Philip
Anne
William
All peaked and went downhill fast.
Harry is definitely a hottie! He does seem to resemble his uncle and aunt the most. But I can't figure out where he got those eyes. And when Harry's hair is short it looks like he has Charles' ears.
