I can move it ok most of the time but have no grip strength. Sometimes I wake up and have to rub or stretch a lot to get it to open and close. But my middle finger doesn't go back as far as my other fingers. I can't do upper body weights anymore though that's what finally got my ass to the doc! I am happy to do the OT exercises, just don't really understand the injury to get started
