She has had the Persian hook removed from her nose and opted for a less ethnic nose. I wonder what she looked like her with her old, big Persian nose.
Iran is the nose job capital of the world with the highest rate of nose job plastic surgery and the main purpose behind the surgery is for them to look less Persian and more European.

the poster is just completely making it up. They probably think all Jews have "hooks."
Iran has everything from the original Indo Europeans (The German ideal of looks, "Aryan"comes from the word "Iran") to Turkic pe5b4ople to Arab people. Blondes are not common but every kind of facial features are present. -

I happened across a picture of her on google images, the description said something like "Sarah in the 6th grade," so I'm assuming she was around 11 in the picture. And her nose looked the same as it does now. I would add a link but I can't find the picture again.
