These are quite tame, actually. The one with the lollipop strikes me as goofy rather than sexy.
The question is whether similar shots of Dakota Fanning, Saoirse Ronan, or AnnaSophia Robb will be coming anytime soon as a result of this.

This kind of thing is nothing new.
Drew Barrymore posed topless in Interview magazine at age 17 in 1992. Actual topless. Bare breasts, exposed nipples topless. But this was pre-Internet and pre-sensationalized news, so it never made headlines.
