Now remember you did start this taking you 350 pounds jabs at me & my english & so on.
Now you say you do Martial Arts & Weight Training so must be fit right??? Why do stick up for Kelly the Moon cow are you a fan???

I am also trained into the Martial Arts I work out & teach pressures points in the body.

I also have trained in Tang soo doo,Shotokan,Akido & Jujitsu (in my pressures point training classes)I have train with Eric Lee & also sparred with Cynthia Rothrock when i was in the LA area.
I will be Kick boxing at the Wing Chun Kung Fu Seminar on the 18th this month & will be thinking of you & your kind words when i'm kicking booty.
anyway I think Kelly Osbourne is a fake & a cow crying about trivia stuff when theres are bigger things in the world going on then watching her fat bottom gr5b4ow.

She probably got skinny (for a BRIEF PERIOD) through the following means:
Drugs-illicit drugs along with prescription diet aids like phentermine, didrex or other amphetamine type chemicals.
Starvation dieting- not eating hardly anything due to the drugs wiping her appetite out. OR "THE SUPERMODEL DIET" aka a liter of Diet Coke and a pack of Marlboro Lights for breakfast, lunch and dinner with the occasional lean cuisine thrown in while "binging".
Manic depression she was probably going through a manic phase, making her do crazy stuff to lose weight.
