no he would not be an awesome marcus fenix. they dont resemble each other that much. marcus fenix looks cool, batista just looks like that cocky guy who used to much roids.

You hit the nail on the head, buddy.
Batista was born to play Fenix. If they got anyone else it would be sacrilege.
He looks, sounds and even has Fenix's gait. All he needs is a Lancer and the armor and he's GTG.
Knowing Hollywood, though, they'll get some scrawny emo kid to play Fenix for the movie and make it where it takes place when Marcus was a punk teenager or something.
By the way, does anyone know what picture that is of Batista in the army fatigues? Is that from a movie?

Should be able to act, too though right? I've only seen him in Man With the Iron Fists, where he did very little acting.

Agreed, and just in case if he is unable to get that role, Dave Batista can play Kratos in God of War movie if the project is to happen, or Batista can play one of three characters in a new Mortal Kombat movie, Goro, Tremor or Shao Khan, any thoughts?
