That doesn't mean anything, other than that the judge doesn't think Craig's a danger to his children. It has nothing to do with 111chis alleged porn or alcohol addiction, or alleged verbal and mental abuse of Sara.
And actually, the allegations against the former nanny weren't thrown out. Her name was removed from court paperwork, which is not the same as tossing out the allegations completely. In simple terms, the judge said, "We won't refer to the nanny by name anymore", not "The allegations against the nanny are no more, case dismissed." And even if it wasn't the nanny, it doesn't mean there weren't others, which is what Sara's side claims.
Sara gets to be the kids' primary guardian. How is that a loss, or embarrassing? -

forex73: I find that offensive. Just because they are republicans, doesn't mean their bad. Get over your liberal self.
And sheepbedamned: She never alleged him of molesting their kids, so there is no reason not to let them visit their dad. She requested that he gets visitation. We don't know if anything is true yet.
Bet your real proud of your kids, too, huh?Oh yeah, I wasted em.-Dean Dude, your fugly-Dean -

There are no winners in a divorce. Anyone who has been through it will tell you that. Nonetheless, I hope that they will be able to move on after this thing winds up. Keep your head up, Sara.
