Um, let's seebecause continuing on DWTS would commit her to LA and rehearing all week long, while performing on the CMA's is a one time thing, and it took place in the city in which she lives. And she never said she was going to "stay out of the spotlight for a while."

Yes, she did. She said she was going to stay home with her kids and eat Haagen Daz for a while.
My point is that if she can manage to emotionally and psychologically perform at several award shows and other events, including singing with Jerry Springer AND appearing on the DWTS finale AND planning her 2007 tour, why couldn't she just stick it out for a week or 2 on DWTS? Her children go on tour with her; why couldn't they stay in LA with her while she finished up the show?
I truly believe she was sick of the dancing and being judged on it each week.

Noshe didn't. She said she wanted to be with her kids during this time. She said NOTHING about staying out of the spotlight.
By several award shows and other events do you mean one? Because that's all she did. She sang one song on one award show. No clue where you came up with "several."
She already had 4 concerts planned for the end of the year before DWTS began, and she simply invited Jerry to perform at one of them. Who cares?
The DWTS finale has NOTHING to do with staying on the show for a few weeks more, spending hours rehearsing and being away from her children.
Finally, how much involvement do you really think she has in planning a tour? That's what tour managers are for. She mentioned hiring Tony for her 2007 tour, that's it. Who's to say when it will even begin. It certainly does not have to be planned this far in advance, and it's not.
So once again, ALL of your points are highly asinine and irrelevent. -

You can call me names all day long, but it doesn't explain why Sara "had" to quit DWTS, a serious, professional commitment that she made.
Why didn't she just keep her kids with her in LA or rehearse in Nashville during the week if she wanted to be with them?
She sure has no problem keeping her tour 16d0commitments in Kansas, Indiana, Illinois and Missouri, or going on a book tour to promote her new book "You'll Always Be My Baby" (looks good!) or rehearsing for her tour (or is her tour manager going to rehearse for her too?!)
The bottom line is that she is a fine singer and a great lady; she was just sick of DWTS, rehearsing, dancing and she took a way out. She's also very lucky - if her departure hadn't increased ratings so much, she would have been sued for breach of contract. -

Thanks for once again making absolutely no sense at all! It doesn't matter WHERE her kids are. The fact is that she would be away from them while rehearsing.
Oh, no explanation for those several appearances that you made up and were not true? What a shocker!
Please list the dates for her book tour, I'm dying to know them.
She would NOT start rehearing for a brand new tour this early, as I already said. And I'm sure you know exactly what her contract stated, correct? Unless you know something to be a fact, don't state it. No one is interested in something you pulled out of your ass. -

Oh, yes, my negative energy. I'm really the one who started the negative talk. It's not really a debate when you start a post trashing someone. And yes, it clearly is a cop out. You got caught up in the spool of lies that you created, and cannot work your way out of it. A tip for the future: don't make up "facts" about a person and then try telling them to a dedicated fan. It doesn't work.

It's funny how ridiculous you are. You didn't give an OPINION. You made up many things and stated them to be facts. And if you consider that abusive and ugly, then you must not get out much. Now again you pretend to know what she likes. I believe you are the one who told me that I didn't know her, yet now you act as if you do. So on top of being a compulsive liar, you are also a hypocrite. Way to go! She doesn't need fans who buy her albums, attend her live shows, and support her at the highs and lows of her career? You seem to be quite a confused individual.

You know, I've read some of your other posts, and you don't seem like you do on this thread. So perhaps this got blown out of proportion for no reason at all. The bottom line: it's never a good idea to start a negative post on the board of an artist where mostly FANS post. And it's also never a good idea to cross a country fan, probably the most dedicated fan base out there. The arguments are never usually as calm as this one.

Ever think that its a tough place for those kids to be? Her son is in school. Didn't know you had a personal conversation with her or are you a mind reader? didn't think so. Leave her alone she is going through a tough time. I think she also wanted to be around her pastor for moral support. Nashville is a million miles from LA a5b4nd Her divorce was a big story no doubt photographers would have been camping on her doorstep. That kind of thing doesn't happen in Nashville. Also thats where her divorce proceedings were being held.

CMT is just one night, DWTS is filmed in LA and she and her children live in Nashville. She needed to be with her kids during a rough time in their lives and DWTS totally supported her. She came back for the finale.
