Hell, come to think, there are a lot. These Southern kids (him, VIC, Soulja Boy) have no idea of what real rap is. To call them the best is proof that you just started listening to rap in the las16d0t couple of years. Damn shame.
Hey Day-Day! That crazy bitch out there again!

Not all Southern rappers are bad, though, these bitches are just giving the South a bad name.
Old Three 6 Mafia was dope, and then there's people like K-Rino and Ganksta N.I.P. from Texas (not sure if NIP still makes music), and some of the rappers from Society of Invisibles from Arizona. I also think most people that associate with DJ Bless are from the South.
Naming rappers better than Wayne would take the rest of the day so I'm just gonna repeat myself and say just about everyone else, with a few exceptions (he may be better than some of the other MTV, sellout, rap-singing popstar motherfvckers out there).

If y'all don't agree then y'all must be some dumb ass fan girls of lil wayne who just dream that one day y'all can get your tongues on his nuts; and it's the truth. Get some grammar lessons also, y'all don't even know how to spell.

I'd disagree and say New York. There're no doubt more once you look for 'em, but the only ones I can think of from the Midwest right now are Tech N9ne, Skatterman & Snug Brim, Em & D12, Bone Thugs, Vakill, ICP and Esham (and all the other Psychopathic cats, of course).

Spike, I hope your not serious with that list, cuz it sucks. The only good emcees I see are Ras Kass, Ice T, DMX, and Luda. And the only good group I see is Outkast.

From Spyke's list, Mystikal is dope, too, and so's RATM, but I wouldn't call them a rap group. Obie Trice has some talent, or he used to, at least. Most of those rappers are better than Wayne though.
I'll give BTNH's album a listen since their early beep is dope, though I only have Creepin'

Other cats from the midwest Fwank, are Common, Royce Da 5'9, and Kanye West.

Only one I like out of those is Royce. Kanye beep sucks, in my opinion, though at least he has some talent for production.
I couldn't agree more with Vinnie Paz when he says "Kanye West, gay rapper, that's where lines are drawn.".

Really, because you can't even spell some of your favorite rapper's names.
