I dont do too many (drugs). I just smoke weed and drink. But Ill never beep with no more coke. Its not about the bad high; its just about the acne: Cocaine makes your face break out. Im a pretty boy.
i think he was high on cough syrup again this guy is soo damn fugly he looks like that piece of poo character on South Park then he covered his body with tattoos and now he looks even more hideous.. -

Lil Wayne aint attractive at all. He basically looks like a piece of sh!t. I don't like him as a rapper either.

I don't want to offend but Lil Wayne has got to be one of the ugliest "artists" out there. First of all he's like 3 feet tall, super skinny and his long hair does him no justice. Aside from that he's got very ugly facial features. His teeth are DISGUSTING! He's worried about acne? What about the rest of his facial and body skin that is tattooed with awful stuff? Aside from that, he seems like he's crawling with STDs left and right. I would feel so dirty been 3 feet away from him, he just seems like such a dirty person.
Aside from that, the lyrics that he comes up with are so vulgar. I know friends that adore him. I never express my dislike for him to them, because I don't want to be disrespectful to my friends. However, my gosh, I can't believe this guy actually thinks he's a pretty boy!!!
