I was joking about Klam. She has a bit of a Smeagolness about her, especially in some pics, but not in an egregious way. She's pretty average looking, which isn't a bad thing. I am exaggerating with both insults, but while Anna doesn't look exactly like Robert Smith, she is not an attractive woman, and her personality makes it worse.
