Has anyone noticed it sounds like The Middle by Jimmy Eat World?

Sounds like something one of the kids on the Disney Channel sing. So not only is she an American Idol reject. She's also a Mouseketeer wannabe.

Anyone who participates in American Idol is a reject. That's why they're on the show in the first place you silly goose.

Rejected by whom? She was unknown before AI. The country can't reject someone they've never heard of. And judging by her record sales after AI, the country far from rejected her when they got to know her. Now obviously record sales don't prove talent, but I'd still like to know where you have this idea that she was ever a "reject".

Rejected by the masses. Had she of made a name for herself she'd be a respectable musician.
But alas she is but a pion in the utter corrupt record industry. A manufactured product.

Again, what do you mean "rejected by the masses"? You mean before AI when they didn't know who she was, or after AI when she became a bestselling artist?

Money doesn't equal talent. Bestselling means your fanbase is too stupid to pirate music like the rest of the world.

You make a valid point about money not equaling talent.

And when you look at what was a Mouseketeer in the modern era. Ouch!
