The only reason why this is a debate is because Indians are obsessed with being white. It's all about fair skin, speaking English, basically everything revolves around being Western. Listen, Katrina Kaif is a pretty girl, but she is NOT gorgeous. She would be struggle managing even a modeling career in the US or UK. The fact she is half-white, and carries Anglican features is what sells her to the Indian perspective. On the other hand, Aishwariya Rai is drop dead gorgeous. Everything about her just scream exoticism, and she is practically a figurehead for the word "beautiful" around the world. Comparing her to Katrina Kaif is quite frankly absolutely preposterous. Indians need to get over being white, and embrace their own beauty. Stop using "Fair & Lovely" and start celebrating your own identity.

Katrina Kaif is not even that pretty. She has a cute face but is nothing spectacular. She only stands out among the other Bollywood actresses because she's half-white.
Aishwarya's not my "type" but she is much more striking and memorable. Her eyes are gorgeous. -

Pfff.. First of all, this is a w-a-a-a-y unfair competition. Aish should not be compared with anyone, to start with.. and especially with Kats Well, Kat is nice looking, hot and attractive women, who is a very hard worker which i admire in her, and she is not a good actress yet, but she deff. is working on it. But Aish is Queen of Bolly, Aish is the Most Beautiful, Aish is a great and very very successful actress, Aish is a great dancer, Aish has a very strong personality and she is successful wife and mother.

A111cnother very Big thing to keep in Mind is that All the Directors, Makeup Artists have done so many EXPERIMENTS , so many Different styles of MAkeup, Hair, Clothing and also SO MUCH makeup Whereas on Katrina they always do MINIMAL Makeup, Almost SAME Hair Styles, No Hair COLORING, Not much DIFFERENT kind of Dressings! Although She is NATURALLY Stunning but could have looked Billion times BETTER if Same AMOUNT of MAKEUP and Variety was done on Katrina AS WELL as they have Always Done on Katrina.
Aishwarya only had a nice Face
(that too with Flat cheeks, and instead of NORMAL Oval face from Top to Bottom she has a face shape that is longer from side to side/left to right ?!

Katrina has Everything PERFECT - Face and Body and INTERNAL BEAUTY !
She is a LADY - Nice, Kind, Honest, Decent, Extremely Down to Earth, Humble hearted. No Airs, No FAKENESS abt herself EVER !
Whereas I cant stand the ATTITUDE of Aishwarya- So Full of Herself!! OH Gosh So FAKE!!! She is Complacent. Pretentious. Never Tells the Truth, Extremely DIPLOMATIC and HYPOCRITE. VERY ANNOYING Personality n Attitude she has.
Aishwarya's Body looks Like a Child's Body instead of like a LADY.
Its NOT at all SEXY. She is so Flat from Behind n Front(No Boobs No Butt, No Deep Curve of Spine/Back) and From Sides(No Curves of Waist or Hips). Her Hands, Feet, Legs, Stomach looks like of a Kid not a Sexy Woman
And who knows if Aishwarya looks as Stunning without TONS of MAKEup , EYE Makeup she does or Not, n Without those Fency Dresses she looks SOOO Normal.
She has no Courage to show herself without MAKEUP till Date! Even during Travelling & on a Funeral(Madhuri's Father's) she does TONS of MAKEUP, EYE Makeup!! What a SHAME - Again FAKE Beauty ! Have seen a few pics with Less makeup n simple jeans top, n she looks sooo normal in Face n Body, her Body is just Nothing.
Whereas Katrina looks STUNNING without Makeup n just in a Simple Jeans T-shirt - Face n Body ! REAL BEAUTY

Aishwarya is a billion times better than the wooden, lantern jawed airhead that is Latrina.
She's not even Indian. She's not even part-Indian.
And when Aish was top of her game the style was to be overstylised now its to be natural and fresh-faced. But that doesn't make Latrina prettier than Aish.
Or a better actress. Or dancer.
And please could they stop giving roles to someone who in almost a decade still hasn't learned to speak Hindi?

No way. Rai isn't as strikingly beautiful as she use to be but she still blows katrina out of the water. Tbh, I came here to see what the fuss was about and why this woman, katrina, is such a big deal. She's pretty but very generic looking, I don't see the big deal. Tbh, I think most of the hype is that she's biracial and light-skinned, I don't see what is special about her from any other pretty, Bollywood actress.
