Katrina Kaif would not be seen as attractive by most Westerners - Or even in Middle Eastern Countries to be honest.
A lot of people are familiar with the Bollywood Actresses abroad - And Katrina Kaif is not appraised at all. I have seen people like Preity Zinta having fans in France (Getting Called to Cannes) - Or in some random countries I went to like Turkey they had her posters up. Mallika Sherawat has got tons of Hollywood Offers.
And Katrina Kaif? Nothing. I think your theory of Westerners only finding 'European' Features Attractive is Untrue. A lot of these Celebrities whom are considered the most attractive these days like Rihanna, Beyonce, Halle Berry, Jessica Alba, Leona Lewis have far from Caucasoid Features - Much less than a lot of North Indians like Karisma Kapoor & Yet they are seen as some of the most beautiful women in the Western Media.
I think a lot of Middle Easterners/South Asians have this mentality that White People think White Features are the best. I saw an Iranian Guy Online Saying that apparently this Model called Mun Dhariwal:

Would only be considered 'Attractive by South Asian Standards' - Whereas this guy Imran Khan Niazi would be considered Attractive by European Standards:

LOL.. The Reality is infact the complete opposite. Mun is infact one of the top models over here in the UK & Is appraised by many Westerners & Other People alike for his looks. See his comments on one of his photos in his Model Portfolio for example:

As for Imran Khan Niazi? Most People in the UK know who he is & he is not even considered at all good looking. That is just one of many examples I could perhaps give.
Western People do not hold White Features as Superior as many Ethnics like to think. I agree most of the Bollywood Actresses these days are not anything special. I think a lot of the smaller actresses are much better looking like Aditi Govitrikar (Who does not even look at all bad without makeup) - But don't get the chance.

In my opinion she is a lot prettier than a lot of current Bollywood Actresses like Deepika Padukone. But like many will just probably never get the chance to hit the big screen. -

I didn't find any of those men attractive.
Only INDIANS would say Ranbir & Kareena are attractive. They are so god damn ugly yuck. Anyone abroad would agree with me.
I guess the same way how the only people who find Freida Pinto ugly or average are INDIANS. Nobody finds her anything less than gorgeous abroad.
A lot of westeners also think the most richest, famous supermodel Gisele Bndchen (who kind of looks like Katrina Kaif) is overrated. Go visit her board. Some people don't understand how she could be the richest modelor even a mo1ebcdel in the first place. See? Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. There's that half of people who don't see anything great in her and the other half who thinks she'll always be the most beautiful supermodel.
Look at Angelina Jolie: there are westeners and desis who think she is the most beautiful woman in the world and there are also westeners and desis who think she is ugly and masculine looking.
Look at Bipasha Basu. There are a lot of people who find her attractive and then there's that other half who have that sick Indian mentality that she's "dark and ugly."
I have also yet to find a girl who finds Fardeen Khan ugly. I think I might be the only one. He looks like a junkie to me.and he is one!
So an Indian's view on beauty isn't important just because their Indian, but a westener's opinion is more valuable? How biased/racist!

They all would look good to me even if they were darker. And the majority of India would agree with me since these 3 are popular. They wouldn't be popular if they are considered ugly. Hating on them isn't going to make you look any pretty, sweet heart

First, Katrina IS seen as attractive, even by westerners. Like I said in the previous post, pics of Bollywood actresses are posted on western blogs and forums and Katrina is ALWAYS chosen by many to be one of the most attractive. I posted pictures of Katrina on Superiorpics and members, including a Spanish national, said that she's the only Bollywood actress he likes. And Preity Zinta is NOT known in France; she was invited to Cannes because her Deepa Mehta movie was submitted for screening there. And Mallika has hardly received "tons of Hollywood offers."
Second, Mun Dhaliwal?!?! He is NOT a top model in the UK. He's just an Internet/fitness model. Getting compliments on Model Mayhem means nothing. MM is a basically a community of model wannabes who try to network themselves through the site and get attention from other people on the site.
I never said westerners only find western features attractive and no, westerners don't consciously hold Euro features over others, but they usually prefer their own. But Imran Khan Niazi is not good-looking at all. People are not going to find someone good-looking just because they're more similar-looking to western people. They have to actually look passably cute at least like Katrina.
Drashti Dhami looks OK. I doubt she looks as good without the processing like most Hindi movie actresses don't. Sorry, I'm just jaded now after seeing what they look like irl and I'm embarrassed for praising them. -

Aishwarya Rai (Yes Yes an old hat now, she is ageing and everyone is sick of hearing about her but just to mention to prove a point) has gone quite far without even trying to make huge feats. She had already been offered huge Hollywood budget films with the likes of Brad Pitt, Will Smith - And was even offered to become the next 'Bond Lady'
Top Known Hollywood Actors have even praised her for her beauty (Matthew Mccounaghey said she is the most beautiful woman he has ever seen - Which even though is way of an overstatement proves a point)
Could Katrina Kaif ever get this successful over seas? No Way not even is she tried her hardest!
Regarding Mun Dhariwal. lol. My Mistake he certainly isn't a top model. Although he certainly is a good looking guy as far as I know & has many female admirers of all races. Even a fair few abroad. He also came on a TV Show which is airing in the UK soon called 'The big 5 challenge':

I agree he looks a bit gay & looks like he tries too hard but in my opinion he is still good looking. He has a naturally chiselled face, and a very unique eye colour:

I know we all have preferences here when it comes to things like this & I respect that. But didn't you say Will Smith is a 'Handsome' Man? Will Smith certainly has more facial feature flaws than Mun:

She is not appealing at all. I don't get it, maybe I'm not born in India who as we know are obsessed (emphasis on obsessed) with skin color and western (though of course they DENY it lol) I will take Freida Pinto on any day compare to her, not saying Katrina is not pretty but like you said she is an average chick at best.

Thankyou you exactly prove my point that any None Indian (Who isn't so obsessed with Europid Features) can see that Katrina Kaif is certainly not anything special.
I mean I would still rather consider her Ugly than Beautiful. Freida Pinto in my opinion isn't that great either - But she still looks better than Katrina.

lol I'm not Indian and I think Katrina is obnoxiously gorgeous. I know a lot of white guys who find Kat beautiful and sexy. Anyone who thinks she is ugly is blind. I like Freida Pinto, but I always found her more cute than beautiful.

I have my doubts that you know 'tons' of White Guys who find her Beautiful. I am not saying she is Ugly.
Just very plain looking. Her features are slightly manly & she has a hook nose - and manly jawline. If Katrina Kaif would be considered beautiful in anywhere other than South Asia then how come she used to get rejected at modelling attempts when she used to live in London in her younger days?

I'm half Armenian and half Irish. I also have Turkish ancestry. I guess my name does sound Pakistanish, but I'm not. The word "aiz" is my name spelled backwards.
When did she ever get rejected? She lived in England for maybe 2-3 years. She was approached by Kaizad Gustad at one of her modeling shows with a film offer. She was studying at the time, but I guess any person would be tempted to pick films over modeling. She says she loves Mumbai over England because of the weather, vibrancy, people, etc. She's the only one of the current who looks sexy and innocent simultaneously. It's like looking down upon Miranda Kerr or Adriana Lima because they were "failures" in Austrailia or Brazil, but got famous in America. -

She is not necessarily ugly - But not exactly an oil painting either.
Really. She's cute I guess, and far from ugly but I don't get this whole pedestal she's been put on.
