It's true, she can't act, She just coasts by on her looks because she's quite hot, and photogenic.
On the other hand, so what even if she could really act? Most bollywood scripts are f*k-all anyway, and actress are only used as eye-candy.
The entire system sucks. -

Thank god some people see that this girl can't act! She is terrible! And why are people calling her beautiful? She looks like a guy. The only reason she did get a good fuzz about her is because of the work she did with Salman Khan and now Akshay Kumar. And to be honest, I'm really poor when it comes to speak hindi but SHE IS TERRIBLE when she speaks hindi in the movies.

Ok fine, if half the actors in Bollywood can't act, then Katrina is in that bottom one percent. Definitely model but not an actor of any capability whatsoever.

As far as looks go, the current craze is western looking girls, so she is flavour of the month. Maybe beautiful to the western eye, but does nothing for me. There are one hundred female Bollywood actors who wipe the floor with Katrina in the beauty department. Don't forget, there is one level of beauty in still shots; another form in grace and movement in movies. If you get off on stills, that's fine but this is the movie industry we are discussing.
Take Kajol or Rani Vidya Bavan for instance, they leave KK at the stills. Or if you want see what goddesses look/act like, try Madhuri or Juhi.
Anything worth doing is worth doing well.

AGREED!!! She cannot act, speak hindi or dance she even spoke in an american accent whist playing a british character. I don't think it's fair that she has gotten so far because of whom she dated and the fact that she doesn't look Indian. I've lost respect for bollywood for allowing her to get such big film roles.
