At this point yes. The nation with nuclear weapon ambitions and global terror inclinations is a bigger threat than the terror group that has been largely decimated and doesn't have more than a fraction of Iran's manpower and resources.

I saw a video yesterday where they released a women's prison. It's a nice gesture compared to the way most other countries in the region treat their women. It would be nice if he's legit and not just doing PR until the rest of the world forgets about him.
