It's on the banks of loch ness - you can't see it from the road because there's all trees around it. You can only see it if you go out on the loch on a boat.
I don't know why I just posted this. It seemed a good idea until I discovered I had nothing really interesting to say.
I'll ask a question then; some rock musician bought his house, then had to leave it because he was freaked out by it. Does anyone know who it was, as I've forgotten, and any more of the story?

i don't know if you already knew this, or if this recent owner was a DIFFERENT rock star, but for sure Jimmy Page of Led Zepplin used to own and live there at his house. I think he sold it recently though- as in around the 80s. This is from wikipedia: From the early 1970s to well into the 1980s, Jimmy Page owned the Boleskine House, the former residence of occultist Aleister Crowley. Sections of Page's fantasy sequence in the film The Song Remains the Same were filmed at night on the mountain side directly behind Boleskine House.
Page currently resides in Berkshire.
