I was suspicious of the allegations until I read the court documents. This is, without a doubt, a blatant case of plagiarism by Jessica and defamation of character by Jerry Seinfeld in my opinion, of course.

missy is a licensed nutritionist/dietician and obviously has to cook as she is not wealthy. does anyone believe that jessica actually cooks? no. she has a staff of people do everything. i mean come on. she also stole the baby buggy idea from someone else and made it a big deal. she has no original ideas of her own. she wants to be a socialite but is sort of talentless.

I'd read that somewhere, but without any details: just that she befriended someone who had a charity like this, pretended she was interested in helping out, and then turned around and copied the idea.
Do you know what the original charity was? I'd like to support it.
