This is such a stupid comment to make about her, and it's getting old even if she's not. Compare her to an actual 12 year old please.
What she has is a baby face, which keeps people looking much younger than they actually are, but it doesn't keep them looking like children. Selena very much, looks like a young adult and it wouldn't surprise me to find out how old she is if I didn't know.

Is this supposed to be funny? It's like now that the Bieber jokes are done it's moved on to Selena.
I don't know why people make comments like this. I'm not offended but it gets old so I didn't even like the Bieber jokes and I don't care for him obv.

I think this is why I have a difficult time finding her attractive. When I look at her I see a 13 year old. This isn't meant to be a negative comment by any means. She can't help the way she looks. Should be fortunate that she will always look young.

i can kind of see what you are syign bc in her eyes she looks 12 but have you seen her fat neck recetnly she has a fat not jsut chubby neck now and has for about 2 years now.
so no she dont look 12 anymore.
asa matter of cfct i love hwo sh ei snow jealous of hte uonger hailery baldwin who is 25 now and selena is 29 now mocking her in a n instagrm video bc sh ei sjealou of hailey youth and beauty.
so even selena knwos she is not young anymore.
