I have no clue but I hear it was Taylor Swift.
I'd say it's probably a lot of jealousy of Lovato's part. Selena is much hotter and more popular and more talented.
Lovato doesn't seem like a very nice person the way she comes across in interviews. -

they may have had a genuine friendship back in their disney day. but given long it's been, her mental issues and how busy their schedule probably are; it's most likey keeps them far apart. or they weren't really that close to begin with.
