Lil Jon is playable in Def Jam Icon for Xbox 360 and PS3. Looks pretty cool.

I know lol I was playing in story mode (SPOILER kind of) and he called me a bitch and said I messed a big time for not answering his phone call and signing him to my label so he went to my house and beat the beep out me until, about one more retry, I got him lol.
