And why does he look so old? He's only in his mid 40s, and the Simon Cowell gear aint fooling anybody.

OK, I keep seeing you spread this tidbit around Chef Ramsey's IMDb boards. Can you back up your allegation with proof of any kind? Like maybe with some articles, studies, interviews, etc? All from reputable sources, of course. Blogs or the like tend to be subject to sensationalism. Oh, and please forgive me if I come across as confrontational.
For context, I eat fast food, pre-packaged lunches, and TV dinners. Thus, I am hardly in the high-end, fine dining industry. My knowledge of the business comes only from Chef Ramsey's "Hell's Kitchen" and "Kitchen Nightmares" TV shows. So you may be completely right! Your comment just piqued my interest, since I'd never heard this before. No malice was intended but I apologize if it came across that way.
It is a scientific fact that nerds will one day rule the world. I am a nerd. You may bow before me.

The funny thing is: the Hell's Kitchen poster probably isn't photoshopped.

And your basis for saying this is what?
I'm the clever one; you're the potato one.

Look at his saggy face and furrowed forehead. He looks way older than 49 and has looked older than his years for a decade! Maybe he's lying about his age he looks 59!
