Even if she did apply some surgical enhancements to herself, Ivanka is still one of the hottest women I've ever seen and that includes her dynamic personality. But I think she falls in line with the whole celeb wealthy club.
I was surprised to find out after visiting some school mates in the Hamptons and then some other friends out in Newport, RI, that the children of the really wealth (not new money Celebrity types) are not that attractive. I came from a pretty middle class family and the girls from my high school were gorgeous, but the girls from the really really rich like beyond my stratosphere category, were just OK. A couple were stunning but the majority were not.
Does anyone know why this is? They make it seem like on TV that every wealthy daughter looks like Leighton Meester, Ivanka Trump or Lauren Bush. This is far from the truth. They look pretty average and girls from the suburbs at any local town in America are much hotter. At least this is what I gathered from my experience. -

I would probably start by looking at the parents since Genetics actually decides what a person looks like a lot more than God, it's not a coincidence that people look like their parents/siblings or some act of faith.
Take Tommy Hilfiger's daughter for example, he is an odd looking dude, and his daughter looks like him and is pretty unattractive.
