What I don't understand is why she converted to Judaism before she married him??? He's Orthodox, and Orthodox Jews don't believe in or recognize converts. They feel that unless you were born Jewish to BOTH Jewish parents, then you're not a "real" Jew no matter what.
All areas of Judaism accept and embrace converts, except Orthodox. So his parents and grandparents probably will always look at her as a shiksa. Ha ha

Actually Orthodox Jews do accept converts. I was engaged to an Orthodox Jew and began conversion myself. It is intensive training and the Rabbi's make you do a lot of soul searching because they don't want you converting just for marriage but because this is something you really want to do and would do whether you got married or not. The Rabbi actually tries to talk you out of it three times before accepting you as a convert. Once you finish your studies, agree to follow the commandments and immerse in a mihkvah (and undergo a circumcision if your are a male ouch) and this is done under the supervision of a court of three then you are openly welcomed and accepted as an Orthodox Jew. I didn't finish my conversion because I wasn't doing it for the right reasons and it turned out to be the best thing for me but she studied with an Orthodox Rabbi and went through the entire conversion and is now considered a full fledge Orthodox Jewish woman. The woman is the one that carried down the religion so it is even more important for a Jewish man to marry a Jewish woman so his children will also be Jewish. If a Jewish woman had a child with a non-Jew the child would still be Jewish. She is no longer seen as a Shiksa which is actually not a very nice thing to call a woman. I hope they have a long and happy life together. The Orthodox life is a very fullfilling life and the community is just wonderful. I say Mazel Tov to both of them!

Her conversion is faker than her boobs. How many Orthodox women do you know who dress like this?

The only Shiksa here, is you.

Hopefully she will be more successful at marriage than both of her parents.
