Well, assuming that a meet and greet isn't possible in any of the yearly concerts, I would definitely picky option one: meaningful conversation.
A meet and greet once a year would be cool though, too!

Would you rather have his phone number and be able to text him any time you want and he will text you back every time but you can never meet him face to face or go to a show or be able to go to concerts and only get meet and greets!

At first I liked the idea of the texting back and forth, but I guess I have to pick going to his concerts and getting the meet and greets. I'd have to meet Gavin!
Would you rather have Gavin write a song about you and perform it for concerts (but never for you personally) or have Gavin serenade you at a concert with one of his other songs? Strange question, I know!

Would you rather spend a day with Gavin doing whatever you want but never get to talk to him again or be able to talk to him on the phone for an hour each month and never be able to meet him in person?

I'd rather spend a day with Gavin, I guess. This is another one where I was leaning towards the other option, but I'd take either.
Would you rather go on a road trip across the US with Gavin or fly out to Russia with him? The length of the trip would be the same for either option.

Ok I'm having a hard time coming up with these now that's why they may seem weird! Would you rather go with Gavin to do musicians on call in hospitals in New York or would you rather go with Gavin to Africa to do the nothing but nets thing?

I'd rather go with Gavin to Africa to do the "nothing but nets" campaign. That would be amazing. Even though going there would suck because it's probably not a comfortable country to visit.
