Now it would be the perfect time for Saoirse to announce a new movie.

I don't think we're going to hear anything until next year. The only downtime she's had this year was the month between The Crucible's final show and Lady Bird, and On Chesil Beach is probably going to wrap no more than a few weeks from Christmas, so I imagine she'll be in R&R mode until after the New Year is rung in.
Update: I managed to track down the episode of Jeopardy that featured a question pertaining to The Crucible (someonb68e was wondering about it in the last thread) and cut out the brief segment, which you can view here:
        https://www.dropbox.com/s/di8lw70lkow3xzf/Saoirse Ronan Q on Jeopardy (2016-09-30).avi?dl=0
You can download the file directly if Dropbox's player defaults to a low streaming quality (the clip is only 9 seconds long).

According to The Hollywood Reporter, "Loving Vincent" has been sold in some new territories:

^The above is good news for Poetswan.

Read that The Seagull is about to premiere(?), but now I don't know if it's accurate because the moment I refreshed the page, article (it was from Variety) was gone, very fast, I remember it was about a film company and distributor so it contained news about some other upcoming projects.

They appeared to be new ones because they were talking about the movie "Anon" finished shooting last Sept. and being ready for next May and having to do many things and 'big' announcements before next Berlin Film Fest, but I just took one look at the article before it was gone.

I saw that article this morning! 'The Seagull' will premiere sometime in 2017! 'Loving Vincent' will also premiere in 2017! The producers are waiting to confirm US distributor, and it will be premiering at film festivals. Possibly Berlin, Cannes, Toronto..I know the producers want it be considered for Oscars.

K5s sci-fi thriller Anon, directed by Andrew Niccol, and starring Clive Owen and Amanda Seyfried, finished shooting in September and will be ready to deliver in May.
Other upc5b4oming premieres include Michael Mayers The Seagull, starring Annette Bening and Saoirse Ronan.
The company is expected to unveil two more high-profile projects prior to the Berlin Film Festival.
Recent movies include Paterson, which starred Adam Driver and played in competition at the Cannes Film Festival. Among K5s past credits are Ethan Hawke-starrer Born to Be Blue, Bruce Willis sci-fi action starrer Vice, and romantic comedy Well Never Have Paris, co-directed, written and starring Big Bang Theory star Simon Helberg.

I listened to this over and over. As far as I know it's the first time her voice has been heard publically since her time on The Crucible when her voice was shot. I was wondering if there would be any residual effect. She sounds OK.
