Nepotism has an appearance now? Sure, Saoirse having a father who is an actor inevitably helped her get into acting, but it was her natural talent that booked her jobs at such a young age. Beauty is also subjective, you don't dictate everyone's opinion on it.

I recently saw a photo or a montage of Saoirse and Sophie Turner (Game of Thrones) side by side and I was surprised to see that Saoirse was the prettier of the two (in my opinion anyway).
I would have expected it to be the other way around. It just shows what media hype can do I suppose. So many people say how hot Sophie is so I just expected her to be the more attractive one.

they kind of look alike in some photos, maybe because of the eyes, but saoirse is prettier. sophie is pretty average-looking in my opinion, and she has annoying voice, I don't know why everyone adores her, she's not even a very good actress (she's good in game of thrones; she was terrible as jean grey) anyway, theres something so unique about saoirse's beauty, she's ethereal, I would have loved seeing saoirse as an elf in the hobbit, i'll always be pissed bc this didnt happen

Yes, when I first saw her in The Lovely Bones, I was struck by her beautiful eyes, complexion and gorgeous reddish hair - and then when I saw Brooklyn, I didn't realize it was her - yet I was struck once more by her beauty. But in between those times, I was glad to learn she's a fellow Irish lady!
