First of all, after earth was fantastic! Jaden smith is a fantastic child actor! So far he has be great in all his films. Did you see the pursuit of happiness? Damn! I am so sick of the haters! Shut up already!

Did you see 'The Day the Earth Stood Still'?!? Granted that was already a pretty terrible film to begin with. But that little no-talent brat just made it PAINFUL to watch. ANY other kid would have been better.

I agree. There are several good child actors,2000 any one of which would have been better.
When I saw TDTESS, I had no idea that was Will Smith's son. I was thinking, "Good Lord, that kid is horrible!!!" I went to the TDTESS IMDB board to warn other people and after a bit someone pointed out it was Smith's son.
Then I saw The Karate Kid and, although he wasn't very good, he didn't absolutely suck like he did in TDTESS. Clearly he got the role because Daddy bought it for him and not talent, but whatever said I.
But now this - the kid really does suck! -

I wonder if he knows how abhorrent is acting really is. I mean, he couldn't. If he did, he would stop trying to act, and try something else. I imagine he probably strolls around all day saying 'Wow, life is good! I've got talent, I've got money, and everybody loves me'. Do you think any of the multitude of negative reviews he gets ever get through to him?

So the first amendment only applies to you but nobody else? Don't tell me what to say and what not to say. I never infringed on your Constitutional rights (1st amendment right to your opinion - what a doofus you are) by telling you to shut up. You're the one who did that. Yeah, by all means, voice your opinion and understand that your first amendment right does not mean that others can't disagree with you. And please, for the love of all things holy, stay in school and take a logic and critical thinking class.

Look, we tell others how to raise their kids all the time.
Which is wrong. You shouldn't be doing that.
They have to go to s5b4chool, and people have their kids taken away.
The only reasons your kid would be taken away from you is either if you are abusive or neglecting your child. Has Will Smith done any of those things?
We should raise them to not ego, crazy, beep That's what his kids are.
What have his kids said or done that is crazy or egotistical? -

In all honesty, reading posts from individuals such as yourself gets me worried for the human race
If there are genuinely people like you out there, that like to watch below par films, performances that barely scrape the barrel of acting. and THEN jump to the defence of people like Jaden Smith (who by the way is **** at acting), utterly baffles me.
You are either a troll, Jaden Smith himself, a person with an IQ of under 19 or blind/deaf.
I came here five minutes into watching TDTEST, to just check and make sure Jaden Smith was being slated on these forums and low and behold amongst the comments I find you.
Good luck to you, I hope you eventually find and experience culture and artistic merit of some sort, there is plenty of it out there, I'm afraid Jaden Smith does not feature in any of it though, in any medium, so you better get searching
