I agree. I don't think it's "empowering" at all. It does make me question their dynamics. I know he has a history of being very controlling with his spouses when it comes to wardrobe. It's just a strange dynamic. He had her walk around public just holding cushions against her body while wearing flesh-coloured leggings, and that was her "outfit".
