'a lot of the people here don't give a crap about either Jennifer Hudson nor about what happened to her family'.
We care about as much as we can about strangers being murdered. It's always tragic to hear about this kind of thing,so why are you telling us that we don't give a crap.
Also, one does not "choose" to put it aside and move on. If you are that devestated and "crushed" you don't just decide to move on. Crushed people don't elect to feel 'strong'. Either one is sensitive, or they are not.

I was horrified by some of the comments in this thread. Who raises people to say such things? You people have ABSOLUTELY NO idea what Jennifer Hudson went through after the tragic murder of her family. Everyone deals with stuff in different ways and until you go through it you have no idea what it feels like. I'm just disgusted that people, hidden by the anonymity of the internet, can post such things. You should be ashamed. I think Jennifer Hudson is an incredibly strong, admirable, talented woman and to say that she used her family tragedy to enhance her career is DISGUSTING.
Lo and behold things are killing me
      Silly expectation of a dream

Who are you idiots to decide when its time to stop mourning? Let's hope your family gets slaughtered and see how long it takes you to heal? One week? A few days? Twenty years?
Can someone ever really heal? Or put on a brave face and move on?

why would you wish that someone's family gets slaughtered?

I just find the way that she smiles when asked how she's doing after the murder of her family is odd.
Love is a losing game. One I wished I never played.

I don't know what you are talking about bc I've hardly seen her smile when she is asked about the family members that died. Most of the time her face looks devastated and when she does actually "smile" it is one of those forced, awkward smiles that people give when they try not show their true feelings. Her eyes hold a sadness within them whenever she does talk about her family.

Yes, she looks real devestated,as she prances about so energetically and poses for the cameras.
Not so uncommon, though, my niece was giggling with her friends at her mother's wake.

                      What a disturbing topic!
Maybe Jennifer just decided not to let this destroy her. For all we know, she could still be going through therapy as we speak. But that is still a private issue so long as she chooses not to discuss it.
In the end, none of us are in a position to judge her.

Man I'm amazed at the amount of disgusting comments on herebut its typical to see the real colors of some people through the anonymity of the internet.
Seriously this is a strong woman to be able to pull herself through despite the worst kind of tragedy that nobody should ever experience. All of you should congratulate her and respect her on that! Even though the cameras are on her and she still gives off a great spirit like nothing happens, I'm positive that her family's memories are always in her mind and her heart.
And for the person who says that she should be crying herself to sleep every night and never to come out to see the light of day again, you got some serious emotional issues and will not progress well in life with that attitude.
Think about it, if I was her mother and she is still doing that sht years after I've been slaughtered, I would come out the sky like Mufassa and tell her "You better grow some damn She-Balls and get out there and make that money!! I didn't spend 20-something years raising you to become rich and successful only for you to end it all crying like a little bitch in your room during the height of your career!". The whole family would be rolling in their grave if she was that weak hearted!

People suffer through tragedies like this all the time, and they move on. She's got a child now, and maybe that's what has helped her through the tough times, and maybe she's just putting on a happy face, but deep down, when she stops to think, she feels immense pain.
To claim that it is Illuminati that is behind her family's death is incredibly disgusting. Her sister's dick boyfriend killed her family because he was an abusive dick. She stayed out of the public eye for a year.

Well if she's so sad and they are saying she's crying in court during the trial, why in the hell don't they take her weight watcher commercials off of TV for awhile until the trial is OVER.
She's smiling, primping and posing, and her high-pitched singing gets annoying since the TV is bombarded with her commercials all day. Especially the one where she's screeching "Sun in the Sky" "I'm flying high and happy, etc." Now its "believe in me in you", etc.
I MUTE the TV everytime her weight watcher's commercials come on.

How Ms. Hudson chooses to deal with her loss is HER business, NOT anyone else's. Who the hell are ANY of us to decide for someone how and when they should "get over" the loss of someone close to them, as if they have to follow some type of damn schedule or a deadline for it? Try losing your family members in the horrific manner that she did and see how the he1c84ll long it takes you to "get over" it. That's not something ANYBODY gets the hell over real quick, and it amazes me that people would even say some of the stupid-a$$ things they're said on here. Just because someone isn't crying in grief every damn day dosen't mean they aren't grieving inside in some way. Anybody that's been through a loss like that has to find their OWN personal way to cope with it,IN their own time,PERIOD. Now get the hell off her back about it!
