The way she pushes herself in front of people is appalling. She's constantly clawing at Harold and pulling at him, tugging at his elbow. I can't help but feel like he's trying to move away from her, but she won't let him. The time she walked in front of QEII to get into the car, my jaw dropped. She has zero etiquette and no class.

That's the whole point. She doesn't pick up social cues and cannot read a room. She didn't do any research ahead of time, especially for a place she's trying to claim is "home" to her.
Even putting this visit aside, every single time this pair go out in public, it's such a sham. She could have had the world at her feet if she was a good person.
