Anything could be planted anywhere in any case, but I seriously doubt that happens much. You can't use that as an excuse for this

As always MMC I hope to see that justice is done.
But with him being as rich as he is and things as messed up as they've been within the court system this past decade I'm not sure that the outcome will be the one you hope for
It WILL be very interesting to watch as just about everyone agrees that this was a cold bloodied murder and that is impermissible in a civilised society
But, watch this space and wait for the affluenza argument to come out

The justice system needs to get the public behind it again and this does seem to be going along at a pace right now and so we'll see how it pans out.
I hope justice is served but these lawyers are as filthy as they always have been and will no doubt try to wiggle something less punishable out of this
