      You're thinking of Clmence Posy.

It's funny they would say that, cause I remember Clemence Poesy from In Bruges, but it's actually another actress in the movie In Bruges that Brit Marling reminded me of (when I watched Another Earth) - Thekla Reuton. Here is a photo:

Funny that you say that - I thought that as well. I didn't find her very beautiful at first, but as her face became more animated throughout her character's rebirth in "Another Earth", I found her breathtaking, almost angelic.

Totally does.. unfortunately I like Brit a lot more after only seeing 1 of her movies. She may not be as popular (yet) but she's proven to be incredibly intelligent and artistic, I don't think Roberts or many girls could match that. She's much older than Emma but the fact she went to G-Town and turned down a GSachs job shows she had a plan and followed through really hope this chick breaks through Hollywood in whatever way she wants.

Ok I have only seen her in a couple of films, (Sound of My Voice & Arbitrage) and to me she "feels" like ahemMark Ruffalo. I mean she has this tendency to speak like him even has very similar teeth structure. Maybe I am going bonkers!

Probably not. We all see different things.
I've over the years realized I view people quite differently than others. I've noticed many people complimenting me on my features or remarking on the features of another. Some people seem to be able to view one feature separate from the rest of the face as a whole (and in larger terms, one part of the body separate from the entire body as a whole) much easier than others.
I have heard people compliment eyes or nose or lips, which I can understand, but then they also comment on things I find it hard to really judge myself. To explain that in another way, I may be able to look at someone's jaw-line, for example, and realize that I felt it looked "wrong", but could not tell you what exactly about it that I thought made it look wrong, nor could I tell you what I think would improve it. Of course, the same things go with certain features that I may admire in a person. I can look at certain features and know that I love the way they look, but not specifically explain why.
The point is, I do know people who look at the face almost like it were "assembled" and we were robots. I am not sure if this is the new plastic surgery gener5b4ation starting to change the way people think about other peoples' looks or what it is. Yet, I have had friends who have spoken about cheek bones and jaw-lines and eye shape and eye "height," and distance between hairline and eyebrows, distance between eyebrows and eyes, distance between eyes and nose (both vertically and horizontally), distance between nose and lips, distance between lips and chin, and then tilt, curve and slant of eye, length, width, shape of nose, upper lip, lips, etc. etc. etc..
Me? I just take a look at a face and take it in all as one piece and don't too much thinking afterwards. Of course, there are some people, though it doesn't happen a lot for me, who have a feature that is so striking (whether beautifully striking or disturbingly striking) that the feature actually stands out to me amongst others. Many times (and I think this might be the case for many people) its the eyes, and their color.
Must be hard to enjoy movies up on that high horse. Why not dismount & join me on the couch?
