Does anyone want to see the sequels to "Sound of My Voice", or is it just me?
I'm DYING to know where she is!
I want to know the truth behind WHO she is! Who are those people who took her away? Why did they leave the child and a possible kidnapper behind? What was the supposed reason behind the cult wanting A child? What reason did that federal agent give?
Who else wants to know what happens next?

I almost feel like a sequel might ruin part of what made the film so great and special in the first place: its ambiguity. People still theorise as to what really took place in the film, and who Maggie really was. Providing further information would render that moot. I think it works best as a stand-alone film.

I have to agree with this. For me, any real explanations will take away from the film. Sometimes it's nice to be left to your own interpretations rather than having something with such a cryptic value spelled out for you. That being said though, if there were any films with her portraying the same character I'd watch them in a heartbeat! She was truly mesmerising.
