I love how you question everything.
When you say;-People keep confusing the person with the character she played on the Wire.
Fact-Boy David Simon does not help!
Cutting and pasting fact and fiction.
Calling Snoop "Felicia 'Snoop' Pearson" as played by Felicia Pearson.
And Felicia saying in one of the HBO documentaries that she had been a bad girl but would never do a drive by in girl clothes.
Has she done one!
Truthfully she was kind of asexual
I agree. That's why the reveal was more dramatic for me. -

Strangely, she is really cute. Her voice is sort of gruff, but I found myself attracted to her character as soon as she showed up in The Wire. Then I found out she was a female a year later and felt very relieved.

She is cute and I'm a feminine lesbian who is usually only interested in very feminine and conventionally attractive women but Snoop just has a charisma I'm drawn to and yeah she is very open about being gay.
