Well, if I work, I should make at least $1,000 or $2,000. The bus is "6:30 - 6:30." I could move to that apartment and never go to assisted living. The apartments are nicer, and I don't need the food.

Application fees exist, they're annoying, and should be illegal, but they're not $200. If you pay that money you'll never hear from that person again. They're 100% scamming you.

With "admin fee" it could be close to that much including the application fee but in Christinas case you're probably right and it's another scam.

I don't know how Power of Attorney works in the USA but you 100% need someone else to take full control of your finances.
You are being scammed left right and centre, you're going to run out of money if you keep spending them on scams.
