Not exactly the English usage:
Luigi likes ravioli, lasagna, spaghetti and meatballs.
No comma because spaghetti and meatballs are seen as one dish.

elon musk rarely accepts "no" so i think he can play this one of three ways, at least.
- go ahead and drill his 81000 poles. he's elon musk and as the world's richest person, he does what he wants.
- he threatens to move the tesla factory either to hungary or romania and then does it. i'm leaning toward hungary because both musk and baby tyrant Orban are joined politically and philosophically. plus, orban will ensure that the already burdened hungarian taxpayer covers the costs and that Musk/Tesla dont pay any income taxes.
- the German govt realizes that Musk will do #2 and the government rolls over and relents to musk's demands.
** just curious: did the german government make public the terms of Musk's Tesla venture? I'm speculating here, but i dont see this guy NOT having forced the government to provide him personally with massive tax breaks if not outright subsidies.

Of course the Tesla factory got subsidies.

jobs were created (another topic).
It's difficult to give an exact number for the subsidies, because many offices are involved.
And even the purchase price for the Tesla property was suspiciously low.
But the billion funding for innovative development, Tesla wouldn't have gotten anyhow.
Musk withdrew the application, cause the development wasn't new anymore.
Well, Musk isn't stupid…maybe he can take a look at Walmart's fate before his next move.

Maybe the gain wasn't as high as Walmart wanted it to be.

On August 14+16, 2023 seven small towns as members of the Water Board or Water Association submitted applications to vote out their first and second chairmen.
The next meeting will be on September 27, 2023 with a decision on the applications.
The two chairmen are accused of
"past mistakes"
and a
"lack of future orientation"

One of the strongest Unions here started a Tesla sticker action.
Showing slogans like:
"Our Health is more important than Elon's next Billion!"
Now Tesla's lawyers threaten with consequences, up to instant dismissals.
To threaten Unionists is a bad move, Monsieur Musk. ☻
This easily leads to strikes of unprecedented proportions!

of this matter Tara but I'm curious as to how Germany will power the Tesla cars without nuclear, coal or gas provisions.
By gas provisions I mean methane and ethane
