hmm dunno about that. Having seen her in action now, I'd perhaps get her to sign something beforehand - maybe a stat. dec. saying "I will not be so lame this time."
Oh and as for the OP's statement about her being plain/ugly/boring - I'd like to see you find something better than this girl in terms of assets. Not because I think you can't find anything better more because it means I don't have to do the looking around
