worst performer i've seen on that show yet.
i really like that show and haven't disliked any of the comedians or sets that they've had on there yet. some haven't really been crazy funny or anything but none have made me go "wow that was awful" until hers. -

See, you've demonstrated that it is, in fact, possible to "get" something and still dislike it. I "get" her set, it's just not funny. I'm sorry you need it to be funny to me. I'm sorry you need to make excuses for why someone wouldn't find it funny, as if it's 100% objectively funny. It's not. Don't make excuses for why I didn't find it funny and you did. There's nothing wrong. It's okay. I got her set. I just don't think she's funny. I watched her stand up "One Of The Greats" and I didn't find it funny either. I just don't think she'da0s a funny person. Is that okay? Do you need to make up excuses for why I might think that? Do you need to discredit or devalue me in order to explain why I might not find her funny? Would you like to pretend that I'm too stupid to understand her comedy, in order for this to all make sense for you? Want to pretend that I just don't like "good comedy"? Maybe the comedy you like is smart, and correct and for more intelligent people? Maybe you should suggest that I go watch The Big Bang Theory or Larry The Cable Guy?
Or maybe you can just accept the fact that somebody doesn't find her funny. Why do you need to find explanations for that? It's okay.
But hey do what you gotta do, for you.
