If you look at her teeth, she spent at least 20 grand to get those perfect teeth, so why not straighten that nose.
If she is trying to make a "I'm just me" statement, then it falls flat when expensive cosmetic surgery has already been done (teeth). Just go ahead and fix the nose if you are going to fix the teeth and get botox. I don't get it
