A lovely pair, indeed. I wonder what Snipes69 uses for a reference on rack size. The girl was well-proportioned, and she did a good job, as did the others, on the movie. What a treat to get to see a film devoid of car chases/wrecks, gratuitous sex, violence and sound-tracks that overpower the dialog. The use of the f-word, however, was a bit overdone. I think that was done for the American audience, who have come to expect such language in their films.

Being part of the "American Audience" I'm not too fond of the "F" word myself but I'll agree with all, that she did have a beautiful pair. Natural and beautiful, only the most crazy of folks wouldn't agree. Not to mention, the movie was well put together, thoughtful, had social integrity, and was actually daring, caring, thoughtful and creative.

It's funny you mentioned that you think the F-word was overdone to cater to American audiences, because as an American I thought it was irritatingly overdone and I accepted the fact that this was the natural way the English speak.
So I guess we're both in agreement that they used it way too much. Who needs to use an F-word when picking up a toenail or ordering a limosine, especially at your age, O'Toole?

Who gives a beep about swearing it's part of the English language. Believe me, the swearing had nothing to do with "catering to American audiences".
British people swear and we enjoy it.
The use of language in this film is particularly interesting; O'Toole's character starts to mix in phrases used by young people into his conversations with Ian (eg "Minger", which 99% of Americans wouldn't understand) and clearly the words 'Venus' uses fascinates him. Note the "chuff and bumps" bit. Also the first place Maurice takes Venus is the theatre, but, he takes her to a play by people in her age group/class who say beep a lot. He does this for the exact reason that he didn't want to alienate her with something more stuffy and to impress on her that her world isn't soo far from his. Later on when she's in the bath he quotes Shakespeare and she's fascinated by it.. just like she is when watching him on the film set. This film is all about the separation of age and class in modern Britain. It puts a positive spin on that by having both characters love the differences between each other. "Throwing in swear words" to cater to American audiences is frankly absurd.
Did any of you actually WATCH the film????
Believe it or not American people, we can actually make a film for ourselves and not give a dam whether you lot buy into it. And if it's good, then it shouldn't matter to people who know their sh!t.

Not sure how much exposure atomicstuffing has had to "the English", but I can assure him/her that regular use of the F-word is not "the natural way the English speak". This is a stereotype and, like most steotypes, fits an unknown percentage of any given population. Some English people swear, many do not.
Did it add anything to the film? Not really, but it felt real in the sense that some people use that kind of language as part of their everyday vocabulary and it seemed to fit with their 'luvvie' characters. Did it detract? Not really. When people pepper their language with expletives, it tends to fade into the background and simply becomes the way that person speaks.
That aside, this was a wonderful study about the nature of love, life, death, aging, friendship and so many other human conditions. It was a warm and funny film. Bits of it made my flesh crawl, but it created a sense that you were dealing with real people and real issues.

I watched this movie and she has nice breasts for sure and is very beautiful. I just think it was little creepy for a old man to be doing that to a teenager is all. but during the parts she was nude she looks good and in real life she is 19 after all.

"and in real life she is 19 after all."
Uuuhhh, no. She was 24 "in real life" in 2006.
                      Sometimes you gotta wonder
