No, her boobs have always been large. If you watched the Sisterhood of the Travelling Pants (I guess you haven't if you're a guychick flick n all) they were large and perky. I understand if people think they're fake cuz they look so perfect and not obvious at all. Just one woman's opinionI wish I had her boobs.

Sisterhood of the travelling pants was before Gossip Girl. I always thought Blake was pretty since that movie. Good for you if you like Sarah betteryour opinion is just as valid as anyone elses.
