This is a matter of opinion I do think Sarah is a better actress than Megan Fox.
You probably haven't seen the other projects Sarah was in.

Still no examples of how she is a bad actress. I can assume it is because of the same issue people say about Keanu Reeves. They say he does not show enough or correct emotions for the character he is portraying. What exactly is it about Ms Roemer than you guys despise so much. IMO her and Megan Fox leave much to be desired as far as thespians go; but Ive 2000seen worse.

She doesn't often emote and much of her dialogue sounds forced or unnatural.
It's distracting.
She's beautiful, but not much of an actress.
