A lot of haters are complaining about how this gal looks, they just have terrible taste.
This girl has amazing eyes and you know they will reflect a wonderful energy and chemistry with TED in her role as the mother.
I think they did a superb job of casting her as the mother. -

My first reaction was that I was upset they didn't pick a well know actress.
However, after I thought about it I thought a relatively unknown actress will fit into the group better since most if us aren't really expecting anything from her. -

She is a good actress from what little work I know of her, and we'll probably get to appreciate her more in the final season.
So far, though, we can only evaluate her in terms of looks, and I really think they did an amazing job choosing Cristin Milioti. She is pretty, but unconventionally so, very intriguing. I am looking forward to seeing her interact with Ted and the crew. -

I think that look wise she's an equivalent to Alysson Hannigan, but everyone was expecting someone hotter. So I hope they made a great casting choice and didn't go for the "jaw dropping" woman.

I really don't get where people are getting that Ted should end up with a smoking hot supermodel. I mean, yeah he's good looking but he's also a total dorknerd. Some superficial bimbo ain't gonna cut it for Teddy Westside. I think she's pretty but quirky, which is exactly what he needs and therefore perfect casting choice.
Now if only people would stop harping on the "Robin's secretly the motherstill!" theory I'd be happy. -

I watched some interview clips of her on Youtube and she's perfect for Ted - sweet, funny, charming, a good singer and musician. She's warmer and more caring than Robin. She's similar to Lilly but more independent.
I think she is someone Ted can "fall in love with and create a long term loving and warm relationship."
Robin is just too cold and career-minded to be with dorky Ted.
Ted needs someone who has just as much Heart as he has.
I think they are doing 10 episodes for season 9, so it will be interesting to see how they finish the series. -

Ted wont be dating Cristin Milioti, he'll be dating her character. You can't say she's "perfect for Ted" until the new season starts and we meet the character.
The details of my life are quite inconsequential. -

She's pretty but not supermodel hot, and I'm actually glad that they decided not to go for the bimbo look. Ted is not after that. There's something quirky about her which fits what we already know about her - the painting of robots playing sports, the making breakfast food sing show tunes, the laughing at Ted's bad joke about shrimp -

Man. I saw her randomly on the side of the page and clicked on her because she looks like AlysonDidn't expect all this spoiler alert. I've been watching HIMYM. Was it intentional for her to look like Lily? It's odd.
